1. This offer is only applicable to The Point by SHKP’ s member (“Member”). 
2. This offer is only applicable to single transaction of HK$80 or above on SHKP Malls food ordering web site www.happybuymall.com with presenting valid confirmation email. This offer is not applicable to the transaction made on Third Parties’ or merchants’ web sites or mobile app.
3. The gift quota of “Extra HK$20 Dining Coupon” is 500 sets. Limited quota available on a first-come-first-served basis.
4. The promotion period of this offer is from 15 July 2002 until stock last. Each member is eligible to enjoy the offer once in whole promotion period and get one reward only. Each “order confirmation email” can be used to redeem once only. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other malls’ redemption, promotion offers or promotional codes.
5. Dining Coupon is only applicable to designated participating F&B merchants at apm and designated malls. Each coupon values HK$10 and maximum 10 coupons can be used in each transaction. 
6. Member must redeem this offer in person. Mall’s staff shall have the right to request members to present a valid identification document in order to verify the member identity.
7. Each member can only redeem one offer each time. For remaining offers, members need to queue up again for the next process.
8. Order confirmation email should state the order number, mall name, merchant name, merchant number, mobile of order person / electronic payment holder, transaction date and spending amount clearly.
9. Users can only order from the same merchant at the same mall in each single transaction with this SHKP Malls food ordering web site. No combination can be made for orders from different merchants or different malls.
10. HK$20 discount will be deducted automatically for all single transactions that reach HK$80 or more. Amounts under HK$1 will not be counted towards the entitlement of this promotion offer. Transaction amount that exceeds the minimum spending requirement is not eligible to participate in other promotions. Only the discounted price of merchant and usage of promotion code will be counted. All transaction amount displayed on this food ordering web sites should prevail, final and conclusive.
11. This offer is not applicable to transactions that have been cancelled, refunded, forged, or not posted.
12. HK$20 discount will be automatically deducted in all transactions that eligible to this offer, which the discount deduction cannot be withdrawn. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other malls’ redemption, promotion offers or promotional codes.
13. Only the discounted amount can be refunded.
14. This promotion offer cannot be exchanged for cash, product, service or discount and it is not transferable and non-resalable.
15. Any fraud and/or abuse of the offer by any person (as determined by Sun Hung Kai Properties and the participating malls at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the offer by Sun Hung Kai Properties and the participating malls reserve the right to take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
16. Employees of Sun Hung Kai Properties and the participating malls, staffs of those shops, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies are not eligible to enjoy the captioned offer. Redeem on behalf of customers are also not allowed.
17. Sun Hung Kai Properties and the participating malls will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunctioning, poor phone reception or blocking by third party applications that cause the delay, loss, mistake or corruption of an information transfer.
18. Sun Hung Kai Properties and the participating malls shall not be responsible for any obligations and liabilities in relation to the products or services provided by the respective product or service provider(s).
19. Sun Hung Kai Properties and the participating malls reserve the right to amend the terms conditions and offers, or terminate the offer without prior notice and will not bear any responsibilities.
